Turbine Power Technologies

The Walter Engine

At Turbine Power Technologies, leveraging on decades of expertise in working with turbines and experimental aircraft, we have pioneered various approaches to enhance the performance and resilience of the Walter engine.

Our innovations encompass the application of metal and ceramic coatings to the turbine's combustion area, effectively mitigating heat damage and ensuring a more uniform fuel burn.

Following incidents such as prop strikes or engine overheating, there is often a necessity to replace power and compressor blades in specific sections of the engine, as outlined in the Borescope Inspections section.
